Pakistan Shining
The rapid growth of call centers & BPO during the 03's and early 04's highlighted the need for a central source of independent information and advice. A forum is setup in Karachi in 2004 as ASSOCIATION of CALL CENTER & OPERATORS (ACCO) - PAKISTAN and it is rapidly growing and has been identified as a true source of one window facilitation to new entrants and as well as to the existing call centers & BPO, for their grievances, information as well as obtaining information on new happenings, getting resources, also facilitation towards getting new contracts this is a body established to represent the needs of its members.

As an independent, not for profit organization it has over overwhelming support from both private and public sectors.
